He has been a Class A PGA Professional for over 25 years and a CMAA member since 2009.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Brian played on the varsity golf team for four years, serving as team captain for his final two, while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Brian started his private club career on Florida’s East Coast with the PGA Tour and Tournament Players Club network as a Head Golf Professional. His leadership skills led to a promotion to General Manager, taking his career to South Carolina. He later returned to Florida where he spent 3 years as General Manager/COO at TPC Eagle Trace, then 5 years as General Manager/COO at Pelican Marsh Golf Club in Naples. In 2013, Brian joined the Shadow Wood Country Club team as GM/COO where he continues to lead today.

In 2023, he was elected to the FLCMAA Board of Directors, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in club management.
Despite his professional accomplishments, Brian is most proud of his family. He and his wife, Shannon, have three daughters—two studying finance in college, one at the University of Florida and the other at Florida State University, and a third who is a junior in high school.
