Transferring Your Membership
If you have recently moved to a club within the Florida boundaries, you need to transfer your membership to the Florida Chapter. To transfer your membership:
- Complete the Chapter Transfer Request Form in its entirety.
- Send the completed form to the Florida Chapter for processing via mail or email at

Once received, the Florida Chapter office will approve and sign the transfer form as required and forward it along to the National office and your previous Chapter for processing. Once the transfer process is complete and approved, our membership staff will contact you.
