The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) and Golf 20/20’s Millennial Golf Task Force invites you to attend a complimentary hour-long online educational presentation.

Topic: Social Media Best Practices: Engaging with Millennials
Presenter: Lauran Driver, Senior Client Partner, Twitter
Date: Wednesday, May 16
Time:
2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time

There are 6.4 million millennial golfers in the U.S. today (2nd largest behind Gen X) which comprise 28 percent of all participation and play 93 million rounds annually (or an average of 14.7 rounds per year). More important, golf’s latent demand has reached a historic level of about 38 million, many of which are 18 to 34 years old.

How do many non-golfer millennials first encounter golf? Through social media, of course. It is important for courses, events, and other organizations involved in golf to become much more savvy with engaging this critical age group to continue growing the game.

Learn from this panel of experts on social media best practices – from how to get started to build an engaged community to executing a complex campaign strategy.

Joining Lauran on the panel is Cory Bradburn, Golf Digest Digital Community Manager, Preston McClellan, PGA TOUR Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Tony Santelli, adidas Golf Digital Marketing Manager, and Paige Spiranac, Golf Ambassador and Social Media Influencer.

Register online. A confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions on how to join the live event. One Association Activity credit will be awarded to attendees who attend the entire webinar.
