Online Learning

In 2023, the Florida Chapter introduced an exceptional online education program for emerging leaders in partnership with RCSU hospitality. – FLCMAA Club Management Certificate Program. Our inaugural class of 30 students completed this course with great success. Building upon this success, we are reopening the program in 2024 on a self-paced level. The program covers all 11 CMAA Core Competencies using RCSU's online portal with several types of activities (white papers, videos, taped webinars, and testing).

This information imparts the details required to give the participant a preliminary learning objective for each competency, hoping that they will want more and continue into the CMI route and work toward attaining their CCM. Our managers found this an excellent way to progress their emerging leaders and incent them to forward their club-specific education.

The program comes with 22 Associate Education Credits for the full completion of the program.
