The foundational purpose of this group is to advance the development of women in club management through educational initiatives, networking opportunities, and mentorship in a safe community.
Our objective is to promote diversity, inclusion, and commitment and to refine talent equity, our foundational core values, as we strive to empower the exceptional women within the Florida Chapter.
